Use of the Copencia platform, including CounterSale, WorkBench, FlowMaker, RouteSheet and DayBook, is governed by a separate customer agreement.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by sending spam or automated submissions through the contact form;
- copy, scrape or harvest content from the Site by automated means without our permission.

When you send us information through the contact form or by email, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names (Copencia, CounterSale, WorkBench, FlowMaker, RouteSheet and DayBook) and software, are owned by Copencia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
